1. Operational Mandate

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the platform, publications, and consultation intake channels operated by Logic42 Sdn Bhd ("Logic42"). By engaging our platform or submitting architectural intake enquiries, you agree to these terms.

2. Independent Engineering Practice

Logic42 is an independent sovereign practice. We hold no platform financial partnerships or vendor exclusivity. Technical recommendations provided in consultation or field notes are based strictly on client-provided constraints.

3. Intellectual Property & Field Notes

All content published within our Wiki, reference architectures, benchmarks, and field notes are the exclusive intellectual property of Logic42 Sdn Bhd unless otherwise stated. Material may be cited for enterprise evaluation with proper attribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

Public benchmarks and reference field notes are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. Formal production architectural commitments require an executed Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO) agreement signed by both parties.

5. Governance & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
